3/4/2016 server connection issues

This morning I experienced multiple log in issues with the client and server. I was able to replicate it numerous times and found it is not from my ISP. 1. NC log in fails to complete connection(6X) 2. If log it does make it thru the client is not responsive and will not allow for simple playing tasks ie summoning pets, travel, gates, 3. client ejects player with disconnect. 4. repeated all issues completed full diagnostic of my connection(100%), waited for connectivity to resolve 1 hour. tried again failed as stated.

Suggest NC check server for physical issue, or latency that may be causing these issues.
